Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-05
Who this applies to
These Terms apply to restaurant operators (you) using RevenueOS to send marketing and account-notification SMS, email, and wallet-pass campaigns to your customers. By signing up or completing the “Just-in-Time Setup” step in onboarding, you agree to these Terms.
Carrier registration & setup fee — non-refundable
When you complete onboarding, we charge a one-time $99 carrier registration & setup fee alongside your first wallet top-up. This fee covers:
- Twilio A2P 10DLC brand registration ($44)
- Twilio A2P campaign registration ($10)
- First 30 days of dedicated phone-number rental + A2P recurring infrastructure ($5)
- Onboarding and review by our compliance team
The carrier registration fee is non-refundable once charged. This is because A2P brand registration with The Campaign Registry is a real one-way cost we pay to Twilio + the wireless carriers on your behalf. Cancellation of your platform subscription does not entitle you to a refund of this setup fee.
Wallet top-ups (the messaging-credit balance you fund alongside the setup fee) remain available to you for the life of your account and follow our standard wallet refund policy below.
Subscription, billing, and trial
The platform operates on a 14-day free trial of the $397/month software subscription. You may cancel during the trial without owing the subscription fee, but the carrier registration fee (above) remains non-refundable. After the trial, your saved payment method is charged monthly until you cancel.
Wallet credits & message pricing
You purchase messaging credits (your “wallet”) at $0.03/SMS and $0.01/email retail. These rates cover the wholesale Twilio and SendGrid costs plus carrier surcharges and platform margin. Pricing may be updated with 30 days notice. Wallet credits do not expire while your account is in good standing and are refundable in cash for the unused portion if you close your account.
A2P 10DLC compliance
You agree that all messages sent through your account comply with TCPA, FCC, and the wireless carriers' A2P 10DLC policies — including obtaining explicit consent from each recipient, honoring opt-out requests within 24 hours, and providing accurate brand information during registration. We handle the carrier filing on your behalf using the information you provide; you are responsible for that information's accuracy.
Multi-tenant Twilio sub-account architecture
Each restaurant is provisioned its own Twilio sub-account, its own dedicated phone number, and its own brand registration. We (RevenueOS) operate the parent (master) Twilio account and provide the platform that orchestrates your sub-account. Sends are billed against your sub-account; you do not have direct access to the Twilio console.
Data ownership
You own your customer list, transaction history, brand voice inputs, and campaign performance data. We process it on your behalf to operate the platform. We will export your data at any time on request and delete it within 30 days of account closure (subject to legally-required retention).
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for carrier delivery failures, message-frequency rejections by the carriers, or third-party service outages (Twilio, SendGrid, Stripe).
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email to the address on your account. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
